Terms of service

Who's selling to you. Kip and Wag, operated as a sole trader from Malta, EU. These terms apply to every order placed on this store.

Pricing & currency. All prices are listed in EUR, VAT included where applicable under the EU OSS scheme once registered.

Order acceptance. Your order is a binding offer; we confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product turns out to be out of stock or mispriced.

Shipping times. Estimated delivery times are stated on each product page. Delays outside our control (customs, carrier) do not entitle you to cancel unless the delay exceeds 30 days.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Maltese/EU law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Maltese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence.
