Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to the EU and UK, with no minimum spend.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, so items in one order can arrive in separate parcels.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. For EU orders, import duty and handling charges are already included in our prices, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across the EU and to the UK. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, and no reason is needed. Email hello@kipandwag.com with your order number to start a return. See our Refund Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. There's no need to send it back.

Orders & payment

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been sent to our fulfilment partner yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.
