Who we are. Kip and Wag, operated as a sole trader based in San Ġwann, Malta. Contact: hello@kipandwag.com.

What we collect. Name, shipping/billing address, email, phone (optional), order history, and payment details (processed directly by Shopify Payments/PayPal — we never store your full card number).

Why we collect it. To process and ship your order, provide customer support, and (only with your consent) send marketing emails/SMS via Klaviyo.

Legal basis (GDPR). Contract performance (order processing), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, basic analytics), and consent (marketing communications — opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link).

Who we share it with. Our fulfillment partner (Zendrop) to ship your order, Shopify (platform/hosting), payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal), Klaviyo (email/SMS), and Google Analytics (site analytics) — each bound by their own data processing agreements.

Your rights. Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@kipandwag.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
