About Us
Kip & Wag is an independent online shop from Malta, offering practical, good-value essentials for dogs and the occasional happy cat.
Who we are
We are a small, VAT-registered business based in Malta, in the European Union, trading as Kip & Wag and serving customers across the EU and the UK. Our full business and contact details are listed in our Contact Information.
What we sell
Everyday things that make life with a dog easier: walking gear, toys and enrichment, beds, feeding and travel accessories, and daily chews. We choose each product for how useful it is day to day, and we write our own product descriptions so you know exactly what you are getting.
How your order reaches you
We work with trusted fulfilment partners who ship directly from their warehouses. Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days with tracking. Shipping is free on every order to the EU and UK, and EU import charges are already included in our prices, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Our promise
- 14-day right of withdrawal on every order, no reason needed
- A replacement or full refund if anything arrives damaged or incorrect
- Personal support at hello@kipandwag.com, usually within one business day
