Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order.

14-day right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@kipandwag.com with your order number. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We will refund your payment, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item — we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, no return shipping required.

Return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns (not damaged/incorrect items), the customer covers return shipping unless local consumer law states otherwise.
